New Mansoura Villas is a residential development located in Dakahlia, delivered as part of Egypt’s new urban expansion strategy. The project includes the construction of 124 villas on a core & shell basis, providing a consistent structural framework ready for future finishing works.
The execution focused on structural accuracy, quality control, and efficient coordination to ensure each villa was delivered with strong integrity, aligned with modern residential planning requirements and long-term durability.
SCOPE OF WORK
The project scope included the construction of 80 residential villas delivered on a complete turn-key basis. The works covered all structural, architectural, and infrastructure components, ensuring full readiness for handover.
